We all knew Jo was doing battle with cancer. I knew he was fighting, as I spoke with his father fairly regularly...but no one thought it would catch him like it did yesterday. Pepe said Jo passed at noon yesterday. Jo leaves behind a wonderful family...
I had been a boater my whole life, and entered into performance boating when I bought a 28 from them... Jo sure did show me a lot about how to run a boat properly.
His family, as well as this industry has lost a great man.
RIP my friend
