I needed a new headache SR1 311
Just picked up a '88 Formula 311, I traded a race car for it. It's clean and runs great, the guy knew nothing about it. Looks like stock 420's with TRS drives. Had her up to 63 on GPS. Now I'm not new to boating but new to the larger offshore type boats. I'm I michigan with plenty of big water. Here's my first question of many to come, it has a 24 pitch prop on starboard side and 25 on port. At WOT she turns 4800 on starboard and 4600 on port which makes sense. What I'd like to do is get matching set or send them out. Where's the best place to buy or send them to. I plan on leaving motors stock for now.
Thanks in advance.

I'm hoping so. She gets up on plane real nice and holds it at low speeds. I might lose a little up top but I know she'll cruise nice. I'm probably going pull the motors next winter and freshen up and may put a few pounds of boost to her.

Before you buy more props, my suggestion is you call Brett at BBLADES and see what he suggests. He can likely work with one or both your existing props and get you more speed than box stock. Brett's cost might be similar to buying more props and will likely add more speed.....worth a phone call.

If you're anywhere near Grass Lake Michigan (just east if Jackson, MI) you can check out Brinkman's Propeller shop. He does mine and I know he does quite a bit of racing props. 517 522-8990
