Goodwin-Powered Outerlimits Upgraded with New Chartplotter, Engine Monitoring System
Northern Michigan's Peter Oppermann pulled off this cool project to be able to read data from his custom Goodwin engines on the new chartplotter he installed in his Outerlimits V-bottom.

You can also run it to any sensor without a gauge and get a reading on the noland. You do need to know the specs for the sender to calibrate the Noland for the correct range.

If I read the article right doesn't it end up as a NEMA 2000 message?
It could interface with any NEMA 2000 compatible device then right? |

If I had a 12" display and 2 nplans boxes I could run 6 gauges each engine correct?

And Jd you are correct and with 2 units you can have 12 gauges and 2 tachs or 3 if you had trips. I did oil pressure, oil temp and engine temp. |
