On YouTube there are a couple of other videos from different angles. Made me cringe every time. Still don't understand what the hell the police were doing besides nothing. Maybe there was a reason, but can't think of a good one even if it went against some rule they have. I'm really surprise someone didn't jump on the boat and beat the tar out of them.

That channel is tricky with a 24 foot anything with the current created by the two lane cruise. I couldnt imagine a house boat trying to beach park or turn around..
