Sy Goldberg is going to take that Rice Hauler story to the grave (and he is inches away at his age! ). When the story broke, he commented he knew more but "couldn't talk" until the authorities finished the case.........boat has been sold a couple times now, pretty sure Columbo and the boys downtown are all done with the case!
