30-35 feet and $35k or less, what's out there??
 

My friend just bought a place in Florida and is now looking for a boat. Wants to stay less than $35k and has to be less than 35 feet because of dockage. Would prefer something older from a custom builder over a newer production boat like Baja, Formula or Fountain. Looking for something like a 33 Powerplay, 32 Hustler, 31 Bullet, etc...

Found a nice 32 AT, 32 Hustler and 33PP. Going to be in south Florida until Friday. Is there anything I should look at??

I know of a 31 Thunder pre A/T believe same hull less power and drives has all the other goodies on a trailer but its a project for less then 10 last I spoke with him.

How big of a project? Where is it?

Hull is good the hatch needs love needs motors and drives that's really it nothing major just some labor.

My buddy who is going to be buying the boat would also need a hydrohoist because his condo association will not let him put a permanent lift. How much can you usually pick those up for down there??

Have a nice 85 10 meter fountain that needs a new home. Just winterized it last week, very good condition , ready to do 75mph right now. Have it on pop yachts for $22k. O.S.O. price until spring is $15k. lots of spares including drives. Thought it was going to someone on this forum but he disappeared!

Man that sonic is nice. Can't wait until we have a place in FLA again. Especially for the price. Looks like a solid but not that fast boat but capable for the water conditions.

my 35 fountain just needs a pair of engines . ther than that complete and verry nice boat .. also comes with konrad prs 540 full converssion full hydrollic steering and sweet stereo .. and a near new trailer ... nice rig

I'm in the "boat" as you. I'm also looking for something all in at 40k (boat will need to come to Mn.) or less, in the 29-32 foot range. Must have good trailer tho. Looking for something "newer" with twins.

I def don't want something newer, would much rather have an old Cig than a newer production boat.

i stuck 150 k into this boat . with receipts .. eveything is new .. well less than 20 hrs ... i pulled my pfaffs . they cost 55 k rest stays plus i took the coollers that were mated to engines ... this is a steal of a boat .. konrads cost 20 k alone

make me an offer .. you never know ...
