When did Cig switch to the "over logo" idea? They didn't always have 49 logos on every boat

I will guess around 2003 is when I thought it went into full affect...
To be fair, Sunsation has been known to get carried away with logos/ CNC parts/ bling and even sayings like "the race never stops".......I would order the "decal delete option" on any new build from any boat builder. |

Cig may have 100 small/medium logos but they still don't add up to this.

Fountains beak is a heckuva brand or trademark. Instantly recognizable even to casual boat fans, probably more so than cigarette.

If you don't like the logos, just order one without.
I'm sure if you asked Cig to build you a boat with ZERO logos but the everything else as per specs, they would oblige. I'm also sure it would get recognized the day it first sees water and would probably end up on OSO the following day making it instantly famous and consequently, even more recognizable than one with a plethora of logos!! We could start a new thread for the American winter........ 'Don't have an ego, don't need a logo 'cos I've got mojo.' RR |
