Shot this from the drone at the Waldorf Astoria casa marina. Pretty sure they are cool with you going to there bar/restaurant on the beach as long as your spending money on drinks and food

Hey thats Louie's that tan looking deck just past the the covered pier in the foreground. I see people swimming there whenever we go for lunch.

Yes sir the shot is actually taken down by the Reach resort from the end of the street cause didn't want to have a mishap with the drone and hit someone

Theres a good beach at Salute On The Beach. They have good food there too. Its on the opposite side of the island from the races.

Problem with that beach there is it is on the South East corner and it tends to be in the path of all the seaweed and Flotsam.I have yet to go there in 30 years and see a clean beach.

We've always enjoyed Garden of Eden at night, Amigos for tacos, plenty of good street food on & around Duval, and there's a dive bar on the docks that serves great fish & cold drinks- but never remember the name.

For some reason the wives always go to the drag races- but I've never seen a car or boat near the bar!

The locals say stay clear of Smathers Beach. Water quality there sometimes has issues but the tourists don't seem to mind.
