saw a video of instigator running over the top of boat floaters.Looked to before the race while milling around. Have heard different stories one says boat floaters cut them off the other is that just ran over them. what is the true story?

To me, it looked like the boat floater boat broke out of their circle and basically took a 90* cut across the line Instigator was on. With the limited visibility in these canopy boats, I cant see how Instigator would have any time to change course to avoid. They did try, but it was too late... Again with the limited visibility, I doubt Boat Floater knew Instigator was there.. It sucks, that's for sure..
