Call me dumb, but who's this Renato Molinari guy that designed it? It does look really clean, most mini cat's I've seen are so trashed they need to be cut up and thrown in the garbage! I'll keep an eye on this one, it's not too far from home for me, and it looks like more fun than my zodiac for tooling around on.

RE: BAJA SCAT CAT...FYI...MOLINARI was a VERY successful designer/builder of F-1 tunnel hull boats not too long ago...FYI 2...My son had one of those w/a 25 omc & it ran 33mph...it was a fun boat & could probably go a little faster with a few more set-up trix...FYI 3...That is a GREAT deal on one of those...If it wasn't so far away I'd buy it & put a motor on it & sell it at a NICE profit...
