I think it works on opposing rams of sort activated by the rack on the center of the transom. Port turn - port rudder pushes out on the trailing edge and the stb. rudder stays straight like a turn fin.
The bronze age - ding a prop - just hammer it out so it looks good and go- LOL |

Always been a fan of Hickman sea sleds .
I think that rudder system is where the rumor originated that surface drives are hard to maneuver around the dock. |
