Very impressive, there is a kid at National Harbor that does it just like that and makes a killing in tips.

I used to be able to do that. Never tried the half hitch though. Now we have poles and no cleats so I'm sure I would need practice.

The rope wrangler in first video is Linda at Frenchy's Saltwater Cafe on Clearwater beach. Super lady who always is helpful and is always smiling- she may be their second best draw after the grouper sandwich.
