I'm thinking of trailering my scarab down to Florida for a few weeks this winter but have heard that there are noise bylaws in the state. My boat has through hull exhaust with no silent muffler. Is it going to be a problem in the intercostal? Thanks for the info.

I used to run a scarab with dry exhaust on some NA 600's... We needed a headset to communicate in it.. not one ticket(for noise) ever..

If you are coming to S. FL and do not have radical motors dont worry.

Thanks for the info. I will be hauling my boat 2100 miles so I want to be sure I can use it.

Lived in Grant for two years. Had, seen and heard everything. No problems.

I have lived here all my life and have never seen anyone get ticketed for excess noise. Pure Platinum runs on all the waterways in Fl. and has never been stopped.

None of here.

Keep it loud and proud in the gulf.
