If those dimensions are correct, it could only be one of a few different things:
A long tail boat from Thailand, the worlds biggest kayak or a proa hull. (outrigger)
63' long and 7' 8" Maybe it's half a cat? Might do ok into a head sea but I'd hate to cop a wave beam on. Hope someone can identify it, certainly interesting. It is a very old ad, probably no longer available.....
