that super super super boat should be in " SUPERBOAT " class .

I remember one of those came out all red with an all black block letter " SKATER " logo .It doged big time.
then came back and dominated .
Not sure its the same one but eventually became ist spiderman.

Racewater

Nigel raced this Skater during 2006 APBA/SBI series winning not only the Fountain Grand Prix, but also the 2006 Super V World Championship! After 2006, she was in storage during the entire 2007 season and then shipped to Europe in 2008 where Nigel Hook and Shelley Jory raced in the European Powerboat P1 series. The Skater was back in storage (in Belgium) for most of 2009, but did race twice in 2009, once in Sicily before being shipped back to the US to race in the Key West World Championships with Michael Silfverberg. In storage again until Key West 2012, where she was raced by James Sheppard and she has be inside storage since. Now on her way to Hanover Germany to be on display in the CeBIT show.

This was the 3rd V399 built by Skater and while Nigel was waiting for this one to be built, he raced the Spiderman I boat (end of 2005). The 2nd V399 is known as Spiderman II and the 4th was Honeyparty. Max Ferrari owns either the 1st or 2nd one named Pignolo.

In 2008, three Skaters were racing Powerboat P1 and the Spanish Grand Prix had all three Skaters on the podium!
