I just hope for us the real fans sake- they had a few more cameras. Hey maybe even one in the Pitts or even say a pity reporter.

IMHO - If they are going to go PPV, they have to do a whole lot better with the technical issues in Production - like down to 0 in a full broadcast!

I have no Problem Paying for a quality broadcast... but not keen to have $$$ out while someone tries to get their Production issues resolved.

So 17 people will pay $49.95 plus taxes/fees so they will have $850 to play with!

I watched about 10 minutes of last year's race feed.......not continuous minutes but rather a start or finish, maybe a crowded turn........It was awfully boring to watch and the commentary was dreadful. I don't pay per view much (Tyson fight from the 90's comes to mind) but if I struggled to watch it for free what chance do they have getting someone to pay for that lousy feed?

I am not a fan of a particular team but I like the boats, the sounds etc. So if SBI thinks they are going to get rich off PPV from Joe Public I suspect they are going to be real disappointed especially if a 14 yr old kid covers the race from a good vantage point and then dumps his videos on youtube!

Have the company that produced the " 2015 Great Race " in Trinidad/Tobago take over the operation and it may be worth paying for!!!

they need to go the other way and pay people to view. at least then they could get the viewership up. In all seriousness, these are the kinds of thing I have been complaining about for years. everyone says that I should quit being negative, etc. but the sport keeps proving me right by slowly killing itself with bad moves.
