Here is a video of the suspension going up and down. The fenders are twisting because they are bolted to the torsion arms. notice the distance from the tire to fender does not change.

We mounted fenders like that on a semi trailer that were aluminum and they took a beating. Grant it our fenders were a whole lot bigger, as they were covering a set of 24.5 duals. They vibrated so bad going down the road they eventually cracked in numerous spots. Hopefully there are small and light enough that they will take the vibration of the road being mounted to the torsion arms.
I would assume that all 4 lift axles are on electric over air switches and solenoids?


Awesome trailer build, very thought out and Impressive!!! Every base covered!!!
