Just sold my 30 Superboat. I think I am done with "Perf boats", particularly ones with bravo drives.

In the past 5 years we've gone from a 26' Scarab and purchased 353 Fastech last year. This will be our last performance boat.

Sold my 288 Sunsation in August with the intention of buying a certain boat...deal fell thru, was absolutely zero on the used market I was interested in that I could afford....got frustrated....bought a Jeep with the intention of playing with that instead of boats for a couple years...first nice day, I had that longing feeling of loss in the pit of my stomach thinking of going a single summer without a rig....sold the jeep....boat shopping again :) I'm a broke-dick though, looking at 10+ year old boats...but at least I'm moving up a couple years, and couple feet from where I was! |
