About a month ago I bought a trim indicator actuator kit from endeavour32. He shipped it promptly and sent me a tracking number. USPS then decided to send the package from post office to post office in the greater chicago area, the package tracking shows this. Throughout the entire ordeal he was in great contact with me, even offered to send a replacement setup until the post office cured it cranial rectal inversion problem. I told him as long as it was still getting scanned it was the post office's problem not his. So the post office finally sent it back to him, he immediately turned around and reshipped it to me fed ex and I got it today.

Stand up guy, responded promptly and kept me in the loop, did the right thing, and that's how its supposed to be done. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with him again!
