Chief Performance in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and Precision Power Offshore in Spring Lake, Mich., announced that they have come to terms on a long-term agreement to bring the two highly regarded companies together.

1st: Congrats to both of them!

I remain cautiously optimistic on these announcements.

We've seen "marketing marriages" and "coopetition engagements" as well as 'mergers' and the like.
But why do they always seem to fall apart in this industry?

Sonic/Frisini/Spectre/Adrenaline
Pier57/Shogren
& dozens of other large boat dealerships that "came together"
(& another thread on 2 builders that was closed recently and shall remain nameless)

I truly do wish them the best of the best in their future aligned endeavors!!

Too many unknowns, article really doesn't say much (no criticism). Guess we wait and see.
