I should be able to do this! Can we arrange 93 octane in Palatka? I think all the gas docks on the water are 89 or its so old, the people don't know what octane it is lol (true story).

Wow.. THis cancelation sux. I look forward to this run every year. But we're in for the fun run. I think the "after the run" dinner/get together is important, where ever it is. This is the time when most of us just shoot the chit. If trailer / truck parking becomes an issue, I think I can get a pace to park trucks and trailers about 10 minutes away from Down town. 24 hour security. The only problem there is due to high business traffic, parking could only be Friday after 5 to Sunday night, but plenty of space.

That's all fine with me however we want to do it, We definitely need to get moving Bill has the website still ? I assume so we can just pay like years past. Money in hand means less issues w cancellations.

So far the marina and trailer parking is arranged. The hotel should come into focus this week. My P is working on a fuel supply for the Saturday fun. The lunch meet up will be Renegades in Palatka. We are looking a reserving an area for Sat night to meet for dinner. Nothing formal, just ordering off the normal menu.

I'll just throw this out there as an idea, make the run headquarters out of Palatka? Crystal Cove has docks and launch ramp with plenty of parking on site (obviously no restaurant). Quality Inn has docks and restaurant on site, ramp and trailer parking nearby. A little more centrally located for the sandbar on Friday and lunch/Silver Glen Springs on Saturday.

Let's get a good turn out ! This has and always will be a great place to run hard and enjoy the St Johns river ! Pyburns have been putting in a lot of effort over the years to welcome everyone and roll out the red carpet. Lexington Hotel maybe the new place to stay since the HYatt does not appreciate our money !!! As cash said the street is closed off anyway and collapsing into the river lol.

We have shuttles and the infamous kevin Brady helping out w trucks and trailers hopefully he knows this lol
