Those Fat Towels or what ever they are called that we got at Boyne Thunder last year are sweet, a couple of those would do the trick.

Yeah, it's dumb... They are 86" x 86". That's probably the shipping box size or something...who knows.

+1 on Fat Towel. We got two of them. They are heavy enough to stay put even on a windy day.

My mom sew and quilts for a hobby, which I always bust her chops about since its such a stereotypical old lady thing to do but I can tell you it does come in handy once in a whille like when I need my v berth cabin cushions re-upholstered. I am actually having her sew or quilt me a cover for my sun pad. She is making it out of beach towels/terry cloth, white pink and blue, the same colors as my cabin upholstery. She actually came up with a great suggestion of stitching 1 inch wide pieces of elastic on 45 degree angles on the inside of all four corners to stretch over the corners of the pad so it will stay put with people walking and moving around on it. I will post photos when she is done with it.

I like the wow towel idea, I will be ordering one for sure. I sent an email asking about embroidering a 24" Formula logo they will probably shoot me down but it doesn't hurt to ask.
So if they will not do it what options are there? A typical logo like you would put on a t-shirt would look dumb and cheap I think. Any other options to embroidery?

It looks like it is fitted? I like the idea of sewing bungees to help keep it in place. I can put my mother in law to work doing that

I bet she could make a few bucks at it if she's good with a needle (machine, of course), there's lots of guys want them.

Here's the dimensions

The WowTowel™ is massive at over 7 feet x 7 feet (86 inches x 86 inches or 218cm x 218cm). This is great for any size or shape of family. Massive comfortable room, yet fits into standard washers and dryers!

The WowTowel™ is larger than a king-sized bed sheet (76 x 80 inches)
The WowTowel™ is even larger than a California king-sized bed sheet (72 x 84 inches)
