La Jolla Performance Marine Service?

Anybody have any experience with Don Von at La Jolla Marine in San Diego? I have had so many bad experiences with other marine services I would like feedback before dealing with anyone new. Seems like a nice guy, but the last place I went ripped me off of $650 and after 20 minutes out I have the same problem as before the took my $650.

Take you Batboat to Dan Macnamerra at Team Archer in Costa Mesa. 949-646-9778 You will end up there eventually!!! Sorry abuot the bad luck over the weekend. The water got very snotty around 2:00. I wouldnt say you missed much.

Thanks for the advice. I wanted to buy the MSD 6M from Dick Simon Marine, but they have none in stock, so I am getting it from the guy in La Jolla. I will try out your suggestion next time I need service. It would be nice to have a local guy for small things though.
