Default Bobby Moores shop Michael Reagans Scarab?

This came to me from Evolution Marine who owned several outboard powered Larry Smith Scarabs. This is not Evolutions shop so I'm thinking Bobby Moore because he did the rigging ? So the 2 white boats would be a 43+46 scarab awaiting rigging? The boat in the foreground would looks like Michael Reagan's Scarab?

That's Larry's shop in CA with Michael's boat in front and 2 46 Scarabs behind. I don't believe that the 43 was in production yet when this photo was taken I have the same picture. I believe the date of that picture is 1985.

I was guessing the white ones were 43+ 46 just because they look different lengths, might be how they are sitting. I figure one of the white ones was for Evolution because they had the pic. Did Mills/ Catrett / Evolution have a 46 and a 43?

Right you are. Just found out they had 4 boats. Two 38's, a 43 and 46. Other than the 38 did all the rest disappear or have you heard of them still being around anywhere ?

I know for a fact that the 46 was converted to stern drives like your boat. but not sure what happened to the 43 It might be the boat that Larry had too buy back from Mickey because the first 2 43's had bottom that didn't work they had to make a change to the mold Gentry got the first one and converted it into a pleasure boat because it didn't perform well.
