I am in and out of boats all day and still am.

Problem is most marinas are charging 100-130 an hour and paying their help 17 to 20 at best The mechanics don't give a Phuck because they know they are getting the shaft.
See it all the time down here. Rinse and repeat. |

skillets just seems to be wondering if BUP would be willing and able to take some more time out of his normal very busy workday and/or home life to possibly help shine a guiding light as to why the repair already done by another repair shop seems to have cost so much plus find out what exactly should still be done to repair the still leaking cool fuel module unit. Sure BUP likes to try and help where he can here on OSO and his post count numbers help prove that but he also prefers to mainly communicate via email or phone versus open forum or private messages covering big requests like this one. But you can be rest assured that if skillet was BUP's customer, the boat would be welcomed back by BUP ASAP for proper repairs. |

how in hell is 20 or 20 plus an hour getting the shaft , as in work as mechanic ? How about developing a little pride and one small shot of professional attitude + appitude in the biz and or any and all work / not blameing anyone , throwing it out there / in this part of world dealers , shops charge 100 an hour , pure 100 percent profit NOT /
