Great looking boat but too big to transport on a regular basis IMO.

IMO this is just to big for OB. At this size, inboard is the only way to go again IMO.

I've come around to liking the center consoles more and more but that monster IMO is pointless at anything other than a mine is bigger than yours contest. If you want a boat that big there are a lot of options that would be better at just about anything it does. Sorry not a fan of that one.

That said I'm a huge fan of several in the 32-39 foot range but any bigger and I'm not sure what the point is for most people.

When I drove from st pete to key west Christmas week, I'd have loved to have one of these or a Suenos. The gulf or the stream don't care if your boat is easy to lift or tow. This was in a 35' with an integrated bracket.

Not wanting to start a new thread about center consoles so I'll ask here, has Sunsation moved to CC's exclusively? Looked at their website and unless I'm stuffing up (quite possible) it seems they are devoted to CC's with no sign of their go-fast line up.

We know the center consoles have been going very well for them and that's where the bigger market is at the moment, perhaps it's a temporary website development or a transition of some sort? It would be a pity if the sports line become a special order only or something similar.

I understand where you're coming from Hogie, but the way I see it is if you got caught out and didn't have a choice other than boat in those conditions then sure a 52 or that Suenos may be a bit more comfortable but only marginally so, when the ocean side kicks up down there I don't care what size boat you're in it'll still be a rough ride unless you're in something really big with stabilizers etc and that's in a whole different class then any of the CC's. IMO when the weather is bad don't go out or find somewhere that has nicer water to go. I don't boat because I have to so if the conditions are such that I wish I had a 50 footer to handle it you can bet I'm just not going out that day. I also don't care about having 30 people with me as that becomes a full time babysitting job. Docking and maneuvering those monsters is also a PITA, sure a competent captain can put them wherever they want but finding a spot to dock them is nowhere as easy to do as the 10-15 foot shorter competition which can still be interesting most of the time. Then you get into all the operating costs that are so much higher, sure that doesn't matter to some but most still think about it to some extent. Sorry but for all but the 1% who truly don't care about the money I don't see the point.

Again this is just my opinion and since I believe there's a wait list for several of the big monsters I say congratulations to the manufacturers but from what I understand that wait list is for tenders for mega mega yachts so that's in a class of boating that while I dream of, I'll never be apart of and don't think it really applies to most of the boaters on these forums.
