When you wave to some fellow boaters leaving the Marina and all they do is shake their head and don`t wave back? I guess my boat is too loud

I think I ended up getting a fairly reasonable package; 2 450hp blues, annual insurance $525. I wonder if I got some sort of multi boat discount like they give for cars?
