.

These are race motors and just like the MercuryRacing 400ROS, the CRT line will not come with warranty.

The CRT 2.5 powerhead I believe is capable of being a direct replacement for the MercRacing 2.5 platforms but will generate significantly more HP than Mercs 2.5 offerings.

The CRT 2.5 will proly get released first before the 3.5/4.0 which are currently still being developed

I've heard that because the 3.5/4.0 will generate lots of HP, they're designing a new powertrain to match the bigger HP

What I especially like about the CRT line is that even though the pricing will be higher(not sure how high), the cylinders (x6) are each replaceable, as opposed to Merc's full outboard-line where if you put a rod through the block, the block is no longer usable unless it goes under some surgery by after-market specialists. With the CRT line of outboards, each cylinder can be replaced with simple hand tools directly from CRT and can be done right from your garage with no special presses and honing/boring machines.

Mount to 4l v6 2 strokes and to make an 8L 2 stroke v12. Or scale this up to make a 600CID or more v8 stroke for a street rod. the 4l c6 2 stroke would fit nice in a f-150 of mustang!

If these are 60 deg blocks, take 3 4l v6 2 strokes and make a Naier Deltic replica opposed piston 2 stroke of 12L!

Depending how you tune it. 2 strokes make lots of low end torque depending on your port timing. Just imagine a hydrogen powered v6 2 stroke!

That 2 stroke v6 look its got a heavy bottom end. looks like the ford 427 2 stroke in the late 60"s! but thicker!
