Monday Morning Slickness Report.
Hey Everybody, thought I would check in with all of you.
Here is my update... my boat has been running strong and reliably for months now. All the work I did paid off. Ive been diving alot, and now that lobster season has started, I plan on doing alot of diving in Cat over the Winter.
I got a new motorcycle (Hayabusa 1300r), and man, it really enveloped my whole life... I ride now every day. I really enjoy riding.
My business, http://www.monstercommerce.com, has taken off more than my wildest dreams, we now have over 33 employees and about 1800 clients. When it first started about a year and a half ago, it was me, and 12 clients.
The business is killing me. I work now about 12 hours a day, sometimes longer. It takes alot of my time to keep up.
Just so you guys know, I read the board EVERY DAY... I just havnt had the strength to post... Ive been following all things OSO, and have even seen a few of you guys out there.
The boat is just amazing... now that I have learned how to drive it, I can really appreciate how well this boat is built. For those of you that dont know, its a 1978 Scarab!
It cruises at 65 and maxes at 70mph, and can handle the rough very well. I beat the hell out of it, but it just wont break. Its tuff as nails. Its funny, when I was actively posting here, it broke all the time, and then, after I sunk all that time and money into it, it really became quite a reliable boat, needing nothing but oil and gas all summer.
Anyway, I miss all you guys, and am going to make an effort to switch to my NON LURKER STATUS, back to postwhore... Its nice to know somebody out there noticed my absence...

I was wondering what happened to the Monday morning reports a couple of weeks ago, glad to hear that the boat is running great!
Sorry you can't use it more often because of all the work but it's way better to have to much than not enough

Hey man whats up. I called ya a couple times but no reply. We were wondering if you were still around!!! We all got together at the Canyon club last thursday. Glad the boat is holding together for ya.

I also wondered what happened to you. The last I remember hearing from you, you sounded disgusted with boating and the troubles with the boat. Happy to hear it's running good. It doesn't get much better than a good running boat and a new business taking off! Congratulations on both.
