Video of our 165mph run. Got a bit loose at the end, but otherwise a good run. Still dealing with the mid range hop.

Absolutely incredible, that is fantastic. How may rpm's were motors turning, the sound-pitch of the motors keep getting higher and higher, if I had to guess just from sound the motors were north of 7000 rpms, but less than 8000 rpms? They sounded great.

Thanks Smarty, the engines only turned 7200 in the 165mph run. We have valve gear to 8K though so it is pretty happy at 7200. We have turned them 7400 or so in the past.

Wow, that thing is cruising! You dial in that mid-range stumble and there seems like more speed to come. It also seemed like the RPMs spiked a bit right at the end of the run?

I believe it was a 904, not a 901 or 902 (I think). It can handle about as much as a powermark with the right water.

No stumble in the midrange, we weren't able to get on it until we could get the mid range porpoise to stop. RPM's did go up a bit at the end when we bumped the trim up some more.
