Methenol and pump gas on same blower carburators

Is this possible, I have seen Drag cars with this application on TV shows and wondering if possible on marine app; with Carbs.
Or should I say Blower carbs. I now of Don Onkins Mystic Methanol boat is E90 meth' and he is having success. also injected not carbs. But there setup is to the moon over my head plus the Cost. So many bennies with meth that intrigues me to try it for my marine app', and if no Meth available I can go to a pump and finish my day. all thoughts appreciated.
And where would I have carbs refitted or buy new.
I plan on a programmable 6Al-2 for mapping different fuel types. Or ????

My understanding is it would be the same carb, different jetting... I believe u need around 2/3s more ethanol to make the same power pump gas does, but it is like 110 octane.

Ethanol and Methanol are two separate things..I do believe.

Maybe fuel injection allows for type of fuel. If so, out my range of $$$

Probably apples to oranges, but in n the ATV days, meth need twice the jetting and a lot more compression to really make a lot more power. You do realize the things making it not the most ideal for marine? From what I remember it is heavily corrozieve, the entire fuel system needed to be flushed after use, even with that it eats fuel lines etc.. if there is ever a fire, you dont see the flame, and with twice the jetting, that means twice the fuel used, so you have to haul all that fuel because itws not at the corner gas station on the way to the ramp or at the gas dock. Think about how fast you blow thru 25 gallons of gas running hard, doesnt take much... now imagine having to haul a 55 gallon drum to the boat for the same amount of running.

I should have read closer. The mystic is "American ethanol"... so I assumed it was.... need clarification of question OP.

Correction Ethanol sorry.
if I need 25 percent more fuel for same HP then forget it. Just not practical for marine.

Plus ethanol absorbs water! Won't take long before you're toting around a mixture of water and alcohol!

No, jetting would be very different

More than just jetting as most everything in the carb has to be made to be able to handle the extra volume of 'fuel' that needs to pass thru it. Channels, channel restrictions, wells, bleeds, N&S,and jets. So, pretty much everything.

Then, you have to make sure you are getting the exact % of ethanol you are tuned for. Pump Ethanol is not exact % from station tank to station tank.
