Default 2016 LOTO Shootout - Who here ran?

Just looking to see some members of OSO that ran the shootout this year.

Either post time of your run in the youtube video linked, or link your own if you have one.

Second run is at the 5:21:00 mark.

Boat was way too heavy for the heat and humidity of that day, lesson learned for next time around. Decent run but boat is capable of running quicker in that distance.

What's the power in it? Looks like its tricky to keep it on the pad, but that's fast

Cool ! Great job.

How many times did the announcer's mention 'The Pad.' LOL.

Possible tech tip listening to the announcers, I watched the races live, and they kept talking about for better recorded speed to hug the buoy closest to shore....if I remember right.

Did not realize your boat was this fast. Awesome ! That's hauling the milk. LOL.

Love watching these races...thanks to all the boats, the organizers, and everyone else involved ! I get excited every year to watch this.

It has an ATECO built 555 that was just install a couple of days prior to the event...we fiddled around with it early Friday am,
then did the poker run in the Cig, then drove it to the Shootout sat. am....there's more to be had out of it.

Keeping it on the pad isn't that bad, it was the adventure of getting it on the pad

Here's Sundays runs
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gzE7bXr6Lyw

1:33:30 ( dad throttling, a friend driving ) 3:45:28 ( dad throttling, me driving ) 5:20:08 ( me and the kid again)
had a prop change ( for the worse ) on Sunday, found a crack in the prop used on Saturday
