Is that Precision Marine in Louisiana?

mtb, if this is the 36 you are looking at....

read up. I noticed quite a few similarities in your description to this boat. imo, without knowing anything about the 33 you are looking at...i'd vote for the 36. IF the 36 you are looking at is the one this thread is about.

If its Docks old boat, thats a fine Baja specimen... He poured a chitload of money into it and it was done right. That was a badass boat when the blowers were on it! He spent some money to get her over 90. I have all his old props. :)

This 36 I recall has so many extras, the Doc Holiday boat must have 100k in extras. This boat has Mc Load seats which are the best seats in the industry I can not imagine what these must cost today. The Imco extensions are huge money. The Myco trailer alone cost 18K. This is a no brainer. Go see it and see how it is maintained. I am usually sold when I check out the persons garage and you will get a feel how it is maintained, Good luck

Don't have dyno sheets but I think he has them. The motors are 600hp each. Both boats are in pristine condition. No the $15k is what the difference is in price between the 36 and 33. Just wondering if it's worth spending the extra $15k on the 36.

YES and keep in mind the 36 is 4 years newer.
Precision Marine is top notch.

Yes, the 36 I'm talking about is the Doc Holiday boat.

What happened to doc?

He was a wealth of Baja info on the boards for a long time. his 36 is bad azz.

I don't think you can go wrong with a 33 or 36. 33 is on my short list once I figure out what I really want. ;)

^^ This. I can't tell you much about either boat, but 1998 sounds REAL OLD.

That boat is badazz, If you can comfortably swing the extra 15k that boat is a lock IMO.

I'm curious and I'm going to have to ask if these motors have been redone since they were supercharged. Because right now it's being sold is naturally aspirated. Seller never mentioned that it was supercharged.

If Mark in Kenner, LA ( Precision Marine ) built them, Id call and ask him, if built as blower motors they will be lower compression then if they were built as NA

Found this in the link that was posted.
