Got another response last night. This is the summary of what was said:
SV27 hull and deck is $35K USD, takes 1 and a half months to build.
45GT hull and deck is $298K USD, takes 6-8 months to build.
I do not believe that adding basically another 18 feet of deck to a boat will multiply the build process by 6-8 times, and increase cost by more than 8.5 times, but I could be wrong.

Hi!
I see you point, but the SV29 is for me the ticket for sure

The larger Phantom is back into production in the form of the SBI 32. This hull was developed from the 31FT original Phantom Warlord and the original designer; Steve Baker was involved in the development of the 32. The first boat was an inboard race boat, we have now developed the boat and CE marked the hull and own the international sales rights to the design. They are built in Europe and completed at Southampton, UK. Our rigging partners are Mercury Racing and Simrad Navigation. We are in planning stages of a 36 - 38ft version of the same boat, continuing much of the Phantoms features and character.
We recently set two speed records with our own demo boat. The boat with 2 400R's as a non stepped boat and full cabin runs 96mph. This complete with twin 400's weighs 3000kg. A lighter boat without the full cabin and our new step design is planned to run 100-105mph next year. Prices start at £35,000 for a bare hull, plus tax and shipping.

Just a quick update on the Chaudron SV27. One with a 300XS has just been completed. On the first run, she maxed out at 85 mph with a light load. I'm sure there could be an extra mile or two with some setup work. Boat weighs 3000 lbs excluding gas.
