I understand there is a political section. The issue I and others were very politely sharing ideas concerning this country and boating; were on an open section. So once its moved to a private section. The sharing of ideas is also locked up. To the best of my knowledge nobody complained, insulted, offended any member and we were all having fun while discussing each other's points of view. So why should their even be a closed or private section for politics. Remember politics affects us all in the boating community' ie; ethanol, navigation, sound restrictions, emissions, etc, etc

If you read a few threads in that section you would understand. Also, before the section was created the MODS spent about 80% of our time watching that one type of post/discussion.

How about looking at events in a year ? See how the new team is doing because so far it's all smoke and mirrors.

1, OSO is owned by a company that owns many sites. They don’t do anything until someone complains.
2, no matter what it is there are 3 on here that just can’t let things be, They are the OSO progressive liberal PC police. They never have anything intelligent to add. They just troll and start $hit until they can run back to OSO management saying look at this thread, it’s political and they are starting trouble. Hide it away. You know the type. When they were kids they were the ones started crap and then ran to the teacher. The neighbor that complains your lawnmower kicks up to much dust even though theirs does the same thing. The one that complains about noise on a lake even though it’s been like that since they invented the motor. You know whiney, Bitc**ie, entitled, holier than thou, selfish, rude, self-centered, uncouth, egocentric and arrogant P’sOS (and you know who you are). I hope they wake up every morning a little sadder now the Trump will be their president for the next 4 years. The next 60 days until he takes office is just bonus time they can be miserable. Suck on that and you might as well get used to the taste progressive liberal PC police.
