Just watched the mid-season highlights on SPEED and am definitely pumped. With the hour show there was no time for the slow filler shots, just all boat to boat, nose to nose exciting and action packed racing. If you missed it you must get a copy or catch it next time around.

Joey, not a lot of F-2. they had good coverage on F-1, Super V, Super Cat Light and Super Cat. Lessor coverage for Super V Light and F-2, they did show Team Donzi winning their race. This show only took us through Savanah, there is supposed to be another hour of highlights covering the second half of the season. It is good coverage.
I congratulate APBA on their television coverage this year. Much, much better than in years past.

Yahoo,
I remember Daytona from last year. I believe APBA dumped that production company right after that disasterous mess.
This year is much better as in camera angles and getting the money shot.
I personally like the down low, off to the side and behind the boat camera angle. It gives the viewer a much better appreciation of water conditions and boat attitude, plus speed.
I realize it is hard to "get it all" on tape, but it seems that the photographers and producers are more in tune with what is needed to capture the excitement that Offshore Racing is all about.
