Anybody have problems with internal baffles on Corsa or CMI Exhaust
I have a Formula Fastech 353 with 600 SCi's and the Corsa Captains Call exhaust wasn't working properly. At first we thought it was bad solenoids but after more careful investigation it turned out to be the cone shaped baffles that are in the diverters were coming apart and were jamming up the diverter (damper) valves and keeping them from working correctly.
Has anyone else had this problem. It is my understanding that Corsa starts with CMI parts and then modifies them. The engines have about 150 hours on them total.
We sent the parts back to CMI for repair.. What have any of you done?
