The resin infusion prep is complete and the resing infusion process about to begin.

The resin infusion well under way. The darker areas have been impregnated with resin. The yellow areas will eventually absorb the resin


Complete saturation of the resin with the excess resin being removed from the laminates

Hey Jim, this one will not have the graphics released by special request. But the second one that will be built immediately after this one will be shared asap.

Click the image below to see the video of the resin infusion process. The port and Stbd sponsons are infused first, then the tunnel. You'll see the guys pouring in the resin throughout the infusion process. It may seem like a lot of resin is used but on the contrary, resin infusion uses less resin than open mold layup. This enables the ideal laminate-to-resin ratio to be achieved.

Are you sure about this? AT used the Maelstrom molds? And who owns them now?

Ryan you are correct. Blue Thunder was the name, they built 2 or 3 of them along with a 38 inboard boat.
