The conditions must be (As set forth by Tim) 3-5' forecasted water. $$ and bragging rights on the line.
Challengers (FF) Boat - (We all know it)
85 Cig 35 Mistress.
Twin 600ish HP NA BB's - Could be a bit more come spring

Arnesons with big wheels that can't hook up in flat water for Phil certainly won't stay hooked in 3-5's like a deep Trs...
