I6 vs V8 I'd give slight advantage to I6 on bottom end. Vrods turn 6800 and have a blower with much higher specific output. Anyone buying one would expect 1000hrs.

Just thinking outloud. I expect a bigger jump in service interval to justify the switch to OHC
