There should be charges brought against those found negligent of doing their job !

I couldnt agree more 26 scarab,these employees are supposed to our protection against idiots like this.......must be nice to have paid vacations,health benefits,sick days,etc, and not really even worry about your actual job......let alone do a hard days work!!!!!
