Where to buy instrumental panel gauges?????

I need good prices and good options for gauges that will drop in interchange with the current sender units. Currently the boat has the O.E. VDO's that are not made anymore. I'm told there are a lot of gauges that will work with these senders so I need to find out which ones, what build/design/color/size options I have. 97 Formula 419.
TIA

There's a few options. But the one that comes to mind is Livorsi

I've replaced one of my VDO gauges (94 Formula), and while its not an exact match there is only a slight difference between original and new. This was the fuel gauge and instead of having E to F, it has 0 to 1, no biggie. VDO still has a pretty good line up of styles, but if your replacing all of them, then do look at all brands. If you stick with north American standards, the sender's will be the same

Got them from CPPerformance. Autometer over sized

Id call Teague marine first. They give the best advice and always have a solution. Second Id try CP Performance, they are good for the older stuff. Third option Id also give California Marine in Richmond BC a call. Like CP they do a lot of older performance boats, Jets and V-drive stuff. They being in Canada, you can sometimes get stuff their less expensive when you factor in exchange and if its on sale, etc.

I have wondered about Livorsi, just afraid my pockets are not deep enough for them. I might check so I know how much I can not afford.

I have looked at their web site. Still in the research stage and the new VDO is not out of the question. I would not change anything except I want my gps in the dash and this opened up a can of worms. Yikes.

Livorsi won't work with VDO sender......at least not on oil psi. A VDO sender made my oil psi guage work in reverse.

I think I have read before that the Livorsi stuff would require all the senders also. I'm not rebuilding the boat so the engines are in the bilge and not where I can get to all the senders. I'll stay with just gauges for now. Thanks for the info.

Maybe the worst part about Livorsi is your unable to find the data on their senders. Also seems to be difficult to find a replacement sender. There website or catalogs tell you nothing about the even how to test to determine if something isn't working right. Will say, do like the way they look
