To me it looks like some dust from either pulling down a gravel driveway/road or the gravel lot the that photo was taken in like Mullen said. Even if it was just stored on a gravel lot with the wind or traffic kicking up dust I could see that as well. I have a gravel driveway...the struggle is real.

I agree...been there, done that with the gravel driveway. Just seems weird that the broker said owner could provide credit card receipts but no paperwork on what was actually performed on the engines and drives. I'd like to go look at it, but it is a 7hr drive from home so I'd like to get the worst of the worst parts of the boat known to me before making the trek.
