the ideal is a deal where everyone is happy / my take is like a poker game if every body including the neighbours dog is still happy that is a good day / paint here is tough to find / if every body is respect full of others then that is nice - respect gets earned 2 way street / if I ran a marina and we had a contract , I will do everything I can to fulfill go beyond the contract / now these spots may have huge payroll land income taxes , maybe trying for profits or trying to pay bills ?

I was down there yesterday. Checked out both facilities. At Haulover, I parked and walked around the facility. At TNT, I just cruised thru there.

I thought Haulover had an awesome setup. Lots of parking, very clean area, nice ship store, etc. They had a guy on a Zamboni machine cleaning the floors in the storage rack building. Everyone seemed nice, and the facilities seemed top notch. Some REALLY nice hardware there in the rack building.

Drove to TNT, whole area seems tight, and dated. Had to make a 3 point turn in the well area with the rental car just to get out of there.

Haulovers building is huge.

Would you cuss at your neighbors wife for running over your grass before you mentioned it to her husband. There was no winning after you as a current customer cuss your landlord in public. If I were JT, my first call to you you was to shut you up while I loaded my real response.

Has the world forgotten how to communicate?
