I have owned BMW's for years , stay away from high milage cars, you can sink big money to bring them up to specs, usualy need all the rubber suspension parts replaced, brake upgrades, clutch, etc.

stay away from Auctions unless it's a late model lease car.

spend the money for the best lowest milage car, with books and records or you will be sorry.................
