Who makes this 1989 or 1990 cat?
Literally cannot find any info on a cat im interested in, from what ive been told its a 28' thoroughbred which later was velocity
Steve stepp company Not a Vbottom which is odd for steve to produce. Boat was made in 1989 but titled as a 1990. Has a pair of twin Yamaha outboards, high windshield with center steering and two bolsters and wrap around rear seating. Im only going on the info i was given. I have pics and can send through text or email. Someone help me out.
