Working on the Donzi yesterday and just happen to be around the bow looking inside the hull when my hand hit "the stack". It took about 3 seconds with a fingernail to get the whole thing to peal off. There is an easy 7 Reg stickers stacked on top of one another. I personally always peal off the old and replace with the new one, even on my Jon Boat. What do you all do?

Depends on the boat.
On the Donzi, my pride and joy, one and Done.
On the Advantage, the cool spare boat people hauler for when the Donzi is down, a couple of years and peel.
On the Lakewind Pontoon, indestructible party-platform with full size grill, I had about 15 years worth of stickers - one on top of the other - but last year I was afraid I would lose the whole lot so I had to peel about 10 years off of each side.
