Why in hell are they taking the time to give me a ticket on my parked boat trailer for lack of State Inspection (I know, I know), when this F*&king Psycho is still on the loose? A man was killed this morning in Fredericksburg, VA, while fueling his car. This is about 45 miles south of DC, right off of I-95.

The reward money for capture and arrest leading to conviction of this Psycho is around $350K now. I do not think this is right. Why is there not this kind of money going into a victims' family fund?

Please, everyone, be careful, They say he is picking targeted areas where there are lots of exits, roads, routes, and the Interstate closeby so he can escape quickly. Sounds to me like using the Mom & Pop Gas-up tucked away in your neighborhood is a good measure at this point.

I feel for you folks up there! It has to be very nerve racking, I think when they catch this guy, and they will catch him, that all the families that lost a family member to him get to take the BAT to him, with unlimited amount of swings!

There was a cop on a traffic stop close enough to hear the gunshot. He did not see the shooter; ran right to the victim.

The last shooting was literally only a few minutes away.
Today's shooting was about 15 minutes from my boat storage place, and close to both Tim's Rivershore Restaurants on the river.
