Does anyone know Frank? Aka Shanghied Again!

Can someone please help me get in touch with this guy. I think i have purchased a donzi that he originally owned new amd i would lke to talk to him.

I once had a verbal agreement with him on taking on trade my formula357 and buying an arneson 382, wich he simply said he could not do it anymore... not saying he is bad for this, he was nice to talk with during the process!
