4'6" but who's counting. The wings add to it though. It's kind of like a cobra with it's "hood", just sticks out to make it look bigger.


Seriously, anyone have feedback on these boats? From what I can tell, those that have never ridden in one don't really care for them or understand them, and the people that have ridden in them are amazed by them. Comments???

Can't believe nobody brought up the Checkmate 28' (300 Convincor).........as good or better quality than any boats mentioned, good speed, etc.......mid 70's with 500 efi.........it's a full 28 ' boat too.......it would eat up some of the smaller boats mentioned in ruff stuff!

Checkmate is a respectible production boat, but not in the same league as the above. They are nice, but not done like a custom builder

Please explain the difference..............and what makes a builder a custom builder? Beside's calling themselves a custom builder!

My guess is a company like outer limits that only produces a hanfull of boats a year. Most of these boats are already bought before building begins. Which means once they get down to the rigging, interior and paint , the customer can customize each the way they want.
